The above prices reflect work within a 10-mile radius of Powell WY. Work conducted outside this area will incur an additional fee for the first hour of work to offset fuel and travel time. All other pricing will remain the same.
Larger projects
Multi-day projects will be charged based on an agreed upon bid price. During remodels there can be any number of surprises hiding behind a sheet of drywall or under existing flooring.
We do our best to anticipate these potential contingencies and provide our customers a bid that account for these surprises. For example, we might provide a bid for $3 a square foot to install laminate floor with the contingency that that price assumes that a sounds subfloor exists under the existing flooring. In the event that additional work is required to properly prepare the subfloor, additional cost will be incurred. We pride ourselves on honesty and transparency
